Athletic development, sport-specific training programs, weight management and injury prevention methods are all focused around the three principals of training, nutrition and education.
By combining body, mind and science into personalized programs tailored to individual needs, we strive to teach our clients to be able to build, fuel and apply themselves during training sessions in order to be not only conditioned athletes and intense competitors, but also great leaders.
Youth Program
Life Sports Fitness also specializes in group conditioning for children. Whether it's an athletic team or an after school program, we can create a fun and educational fitness program aimed at children for all age groups and skill levels. Up to 90 percent of an athlete's motor skills are ingrained between the ages of 8-11. Therefore, it is important to help young athletes start training properly in order to build self-esteem and confidence. Our mission is to help them improve running form and speed, body awareness, coordination, acceleration, reaction and balance.
